Risk compared to buying gold

As the topic title says: What is the risk of getting caught botting compared to buying gold?

imo bit of a stupid question, so so many variables. who are you buying gold from?, how much?, on lvl 1ones? how long are you botting?, how are you botting? etc etc

Yea, thought of that my self. Lets say i buy 40k gold from a Chinese company (one of those spamming the chat), face2face compared to botting 4-5 hours a day with 2 biobreaks (gathering herbs and ores)

why do you want to buy gold?
I know an cheap site where i always buy things for different game's and where i bought gold when i was an little kid, if you want to know that you need to PM.

and i have heared from people that said that's it's LEGAL to buy it but ilegal when you sell it.
But i 'm nor sure about that, you need to read that in the laws from blizzard.
