I guess it could be good news for private sellers, but as the various options to trade money online are heavily biased towards the person sending the money thus give the option to buy an account then claim money back, I quite like the idea of companies acting as middle men protecting both buyers and sellers. It seems to me that in a dishonest trading world, there's an awful lot of dishonest people about that don't think twice about trying to scam people. That said I've never sold an account yet so shouldn't really be that bothered.
I don't think it's new news though, the WoW "economy" has been in decline for ages, it's hardly ground breaking news.

Btw: Who is that guy actually? If hes right I also think that private sellers can work more efficiently than great companies so well have to quit later than these companies.

Markeedragon is one of the people who's been in the RMT market before it went "main stream" so to speak (1997 i believe).
He had a website called markeedragon that was made for RMT trading, basically like mmobay but WAY bigger.
