Does honorbuddy key work with Ryftomate, or am I being screwd and recuired to buy Ryftomate key separately?

You are not being screwed over, think of it this way. If you buy call of duty 4, are you then entitled to EVERY other call of duty game? no, they are separate products.

But man the system is so easy (or at leat it sounds like) to implement that you couldnt login to both at same time, just like you can run only 1 instance of the both with 1 session.

NO. It is a completely different project, from a different developing team. You will never be able to do this.
You bought sessions for a WoW bot. You did not buy sessions for the Ryft bot.

If you go to the Ryftomate website, you can see the subscriptions are pretty different than HonorBuddy. HB is a lifetime subscription while Ryftomate is monthly/yearly subscription.
So, the keys cannot be compatible.
