Rift, Grift, bounties?

What are you guys mostly running? I guess Grifts are the best for both loot and XP though.

Using ruby gem in head?
Usin Leorics crown in cube?
Do you really push levels or stay at 0 deaths?

Running a mix between rifts and grifts atm. Currently gearing my WD up through those two. Skipping bounties until all of them are supported.
