Rift Bot - Devs stopped Ryftomate?

So was curious if this project will ever launch again? Its funny as being a top 10 mmo since launch (according to massively, and mmorpg) I'm surprised there is no bot for it??

I'm guessing anything that requires complicated interaction with the game is heavily guarded by Trion and as far as I have seen next to impossible to do without getting banned. Largely to do with how Trion actively shifts the location of information in your ram every time you start the game, so a bot needs to access the base address that points to where all the information has shifted. When anything finds this base address, it sets off a massive red flag to Trion as there is no reason to use that information for good. This is what leads to the massive ban waves. As far as I've experimented, there is no even bad way to try and go about bypassing this system. (dont think a single one has survived a ban wave thus far)

I'm not as good as the buddy team is, and just was curious if the above theory are the exact reasons why the project was stopped?

there are no plans for a Rift bot...again...

Thanks Tony but wrong answer! If you read any of my comments in the past I have always posted detail questions and never posted one word questions. I did use the search button like you stated, and most of the time its just you saying to use the search. Oh I did find one when you said this, "we had one,but never worthed time and money spent game started dying so we paused its development", which again is more or less the same thing. You guys always said there was no plans for NW when it was launched and I asked....well look now a NW bot...go figure.

Bottom line is I'm not looking for a bot for Rift, but I'm asking if what I stated above was the reason for its decline in its development. I'm curious from a programmers perspective. Hints why its in the general.

A lot more people playing Rift these days. I would totally buy one if it worked well.

What i've read about RIFT is that the Trion(the company making the game)is *****ing down on bots very hard. I've read that many bot makers have tryed to beat Trion but they all ended up leaving the project because it was to hard to beat Trion.
They would detected bots like no other company has ever done ^^

Even if there was a bot for this game, and there was money to be made, I myself would not even try it. Trion is just to good at what they do
