Reversed (just banned) account?

I've had one of my WoW gathering accounts, and my one and only d3 account banned. Was curious if anyone has gotten their recently banned accounts reversed. And if so, i was looking for some help to get my own unbanned.

Claim it was unauthorized access by a flat mate while you were on holiday

Wow account should be easy to unban. Claim you where hacked or simply act clueless.

D3 accounts, in comparison to WoW, are difficult to unban and personally I would not really recommend appealing because 80% of the time it wont get unbanned. But that of course, depends why you got banned in the first place.
