returning to wow and can't login to honorbuddy

I took a break from wow for a bit and now i am coming back to honor buddy on a new PC but have forgotten my login info. Does anyone know how to recover your login information for the client? Thanks in advanced.

Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal, if you forgot the password to buddyauth you can request it be reset.
