Ret Paladin Rotation after update

Hello i don't if it's the right section to post this.
Anyway after the recent HB update ( where the paladin ret has been rewritten ) i see that my paladin use consacration even if he is attacking a single mob and not 3 like i wrote in the class config.
Is it normal? is it a bug? how do i change it to make him use consacration only on multiple mobs?

also have you tried to restart Hb after you changed the settings?

I didn't change anything i just updated HB, the settings to use Consacration when fighiting 3 or more mobs was on before and it's the same now.
I've restarted HB to apply the update.
