why this message will come out ?....

i try to ignore this message for the first time at

then i stop the bot and run again
after 30 minutes , the same error come out again

Yes. Although last night after the restricted response from the game server telling me to wait 12 hours I could only loot Pokestops and every Pokemon would flee after the first throw.

Yes, you've been softbanned because Niantic has a way of detecting PF now. I'm not sure how softbans work entirely but just wait an hour or two and you should be alright to catch Pokemon again.

Thank you, but usually when I softbanned, pokestops are spin, but doesn't give any items. I can't put anything to gyms, and there is impossible to fight, but now all this works, only pokes immediately run away. What a strange softban. And if it continues softban PF accounts, we can't normally play. I hope PF will be repaired.

Yes that's what confused me too because softbans (I've never experienced one) prevent you from doing anything at all in game but only Pokemon can't be caught, so I'm not sure what it is I guess it's a Pokemon catching ban.

Yes, it's softban for the using PF. I am waiting for 5 minutes and after that pokes begin catches good. After I catch 3-4 pokes, they are begin to run away immediately. After 5-6 pokes run away, the "[Pokefarmer]: Restricted response from game server. Please try again in 12 hours." message appears and then PF disconnect and stops. It really looks like Niantic can detect PF now and it need an update. Now it is impossible to play. I am interesting, what PF developers will say.
