I've been working on a resto-routine some time ago. My aim was to create a bot that will heal better than me. Main features are:
- Damage Prediction. Bot looks at each mob's dps, at spells been cast, etc. You will see at video how it gives Iron Bark to targets of mob's fireballs.
- Dynamic Healing. It heals more when you have more near-to-max mana.
- It deals damage under HotW.
- It gets into account current buffs/debuffs that changes outgoing/incoming damage (berserk, shield wall, etc.) It's not hardcoded list of (de)buffs, instead it gets info from dbc about each (de)buff and analyzes it.
- Clever shroom positioning.
- A bit of movement - go out with aoe-debuffs,
And more...
You can look how it work at this video:

I wish to get some critics and main question - is it needed to community? Or another routines (oracle/leaves/anything else) are doing well enough?
