Resto druid not healing in group, stand idle from time to time.

hey boss I got this problem is my toon will not heal in 5-m dungeon and raids. I use combat bot and disable movement and targeting. it works fine normally but every once a while it will stop healing and do nothing for about 10 seconds, and i'll never know when the idle going to kick in. while everybody in group are dying! I've attached a log and below are the time stamp when bot stops healing. please check log, there are often a 10 seconds pause and people are low on health.
