Requesting help with a ticket to Blizzard

Hello, guys! :)

I need someone who's good dealing with tickets to Blizzard.
I haven't got banned, but I've lost an account around six months ago
and whould like to gain access to it again.

I traded the account with another guy back then,
but a week later or two he took his account back.
I'm aware those things can happen when trading accounts.

However, things happened in my life and I never took the time to get mine back.
I got to thinking about my lost account a few days ago and thought I could try to get it back.
No problems, I got it back after a phone call.

Issue:
I realised the best character on the account has been moved to another account.
Sent a ticket to Blizzard about it telling them I whould like to get it back,
got a reply back saying I shouldn't share the account with friends.
Also, saying that the character was moved to another account in my name.
(Of course not one that I created)...

Now I need a good reply back to convince them I didnt share the account,
but got "hacked" and this character belongs to my account.

Please PM me if you've got any good advice!
