Request-Whisper plugin

Hello,would be totally awesome if we had a plugin that could reply to people that whisper you
What im thinking is having like 10-15 predefined replies,and the plugin would randomly select one of the predefined replies and use them when someone whispers you
And after like 2 whispers from teh same person,the plugin would automatically put that person on ignore to prevent the same message being posted again

people don't test a bot with the same whispers unless they know it's using an auto reply, simply auto replying would be enough.
