I wouldent recommend you useing quests yet still.. As it will go slower.. but ohh well your choice =D

Just remeber to be stable geared and you will be fine

best bot? or best way

mix mode is best for some ppl, pure grind is best for some ppl... but questing will generally be "safer"

but the "safest" way to not get banned is to not bot
