Request : Very simple totem-stomp, auto focus and interupt combat routine

I have tried looking for something like this and haven't had any luck, how hard would it be to make something like this - perhaps customizable for every class? A profile that wouldn't have any rotations or fancy stuff, just a few things to take a little bit of weight off your shoulders while pvping.
