[Request] UserDialog Custom Behavior

Since the first request for a CustomBehavior was so handily provided, I thought I'd push my luck and throw down a second gauntlet. The documentation for a new mock CustomBehavior is here...

I've had several Profile Writers ask for this kind of functionality as a stopgap to the current inadequacies of Honorbuddy questing.


Does any kind soul want to take a stab at implementing this? If you do, you will notice the Wiki page has already been written for you--so no documentation should be needed. If you choose to pick up this gauntlet, please implement it exactly as described on the Wiki page.
