[REQUEST] Updated DMO Wiz Build with Frozen Orb [2.6.1 Meta]

I would love to see someone do a more polished routine for this as well :) <3
 
Meteor is not better, this build is the high GR pushing build for wiz now. I tested them both pre-season 12 after the patch extensively and the Frozen Orb build was consistently easier to clear high GR. The video for the build shows a 107 GR clear using it and he did it easily. DMO got serious buffs.

He/she is just basing it on the highest grift clears right now and most of the top 20 wizards are using talrasha or firebird meteor build.

Edit: Checked the top 30 wizards in season and all of them use meteor build.

I understand it's easier to play and proven, but having played them both the orb build has more potential. I just hate people shutting down a build out of ignorance, when there is information out there that DMO set is more than viable now.
 
I'm giving this a shot. I liked the DMO FO build too, but the generic routine is very inefficient. Don't know how long it will take because this is my first routine, but I'm a long time C# coder.

Just a FYI, I run a 4 man team, so it will be geared toward that. Going to use one of the current routines that stands in Oculus rifts for damage bonus.
