Can I put a request to make the bot use frost nova once its off cooldown? I know this has been done with explosive blast, its just not spamming frost nova.

Alternatively if someone has a code to add or edit please let me know so I can just change it.

Just change the spell delay, that's the easiest so no code needs changing every time trinity updates. Otherwise just include the NoTimer into the FN if statement in wizard.cs
