REQUEST: Transfer all below ___ IV and ____ CP

I would like the ability to set the minimum IV and CP for keeping what is caught. For example, if the bot captures a pokemon that is below 99 CP, I am not going to keep it even if it is 100 IV because it requires too many resources to level it. If it catches a pokemon below 60 IV, I will usually not bother with it even if it is over 1000 cp. When I am first starting, these numbers are different, so it would be nice to have the ability to set my own minimum requirements and raise the requirements as I level.
