I was doing a clear the other day and realized there is a ton of trash you can do and not touch any bosses and while they don't really drop anything noteworthy they do drop a bit of gold and a lot of vendor trash that could add up. There's also a vendor just down the ledge from the entrance so travel time wouldn't be a problem.

Is it possible to have a profile made that would go into each room and kill all the trash but avoid bosses and then run out and reset?

Can you provide a map of it with the spots of the addz that are farmable? the i will try to have a go at it

Pretty much all of the trash as long as you don't get close to the bosses. I know the first boss won't pull unless you hit it but the others have a pretty big area around them that you could avoid. There's a lot of trash if you go all the way to the void reaver and the mage's room although the mage's trash does a mind control if you don't kill the right one quickly so maybe it should be avoided.
