[Request] Talented?

Hey there,

im looking for the plugin called "Talented" but can't find it....

Talented
Simply spends your talent points when you lvl. Again, normal people spend there talent points when they get them.

Yes would be nice to get one. If Hunterpets get Talents too (at the moment i dont know) would be nice to get this one too... So its easier to lvl without take a look at the Chars or Pet.
