(REQUEST) Tailoring Plugin - Bolting

Hi!
Im searching for a Profession Plugin, that will do follow things for me(Grind Bot):
- if there are 5 emersilk cloth -> make one Bolt IF no Combat
- in there are x embersilk cloths in bag -> make x Bolts IF no Combat

greetz, would be nice, if someone can release such plugin. im Sure there are a lot of people, who would care and benefit.
