[Request] Sylph Daily Beast Tribe Quests?!

I've looked all over for these, and I've found threads for every other tribe. The closest I could find was this:

Sodimm has a mostly complete/working version of the 1st/2nd set of dailies, but I can't find anyone that's worked on the Rank 3 dailies.

Where might I find the 1st and 2nd set mentioned? Have they been removed for some reason, or am I just missing them? I found Sodimm's threads for other tribes, but not for sylphs. :confused:

I've used these with great success! However, there are no Slyph profiles. I manually do these now, would be great if someone had the profiles for the SLyphs.

Well that is quite interesting... I've just had a look through of the SVN repo and sure enough, at some point they were removed. I will go ahead and include them here. If there are any issues with that, I will be more than happy to take them down again on request.

Please note: If they were removed, they are no longer officially supported and will be here as-is. While they do work for the most part, they were always non-afkable; keep an eye on them.

Nope, I know why. I've added a while HasAura(416) to the conditions so that if you have the aura, it'll attempt it, if you don't it'll restart the profile, returning to the buff giver until it succeeds.

I should note that there is 1 route that I found the bot just can't make unless i spend hours creating a manual route via codechunk. So if the profile gets stuck in a loop on the extra long route, it might be easier to do it manually. The rest it seems to do without issue.

Giddy for Goobues worked 99% - You have to slightly move the first target of the Goobue sneeze an inch to get it to work.
Raising A Stink - 100% worked
Feed Me - 100% Worked
Gourd Grief - 80% - Wouldn't pick up last sack, kept runing in a large circle looking for it and it ran by the last one 4 times before I stopped it.
Not Whom THey Seem - 100%
Malodorous Mischief - 100%
Now You See Me didn't really work, I had to manually complete. It didn't seem to click the things that continue your invisibility properly making me become visible.

I'll have to test Imperial Intruders again tomorrow as I manually did 1 of them, I think it buggered it all up.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. A million times, thank you!! I really don't mind if they're not completely afkable or if I have to do parts manually. If these profiles will take care of even some of it, it's perfect!! I'm not a huge fan of the beast tribe quests in general, but I find the sylph ones particularly infuriating!

Yeah I removed them to update them. My subs expired and it'll be a few months before I can regularly play again, life's getting in the way with a move and several engagements. So for now, i'll leave all 3 profiles here. Please be aware that some quests have been disabled during the update process, and some quests in the rank 3 profile just haven't been done (because I didn't get them @ reset). You are more than welcome to update them yourselves providing you share them with the community and respect the original author. The Sylph dailies are unlike any other quests in the game, hence their problematic nature to code for. Whereas every effort has been made to make the profiles as afkable as possible. In some quests this is simply not possible without an extensive codechunk for custom navigation. I do wish you all the best of luck, and please, do enjoy them as they are.

All these XmlElement not supported errors..maybe we can have mastahg globally ban that text from being posted..
 
Well ive attempted to use those that you posted and i just get XML errors so i was just curious if it was just me or the actual files, but thanks for being so nice with your reply..

XML errors mean you are missing supporting custom orderbot tags. LIkely you can find them by looking at y2krazy's svn in QuestBehaviors, or somewhere else on the forums.
 
I'll have a look around i currently use yours and y2krazy's already so i might just be missing someones

Well y2krazy's are not compiled globally, so they would only work for profiles pointing at his behavior directory.. You may either need to add the behavior directory to the profiles, or place some of the cs files in your plugins folder.

Transport.cs (by me) is still on my SVN, and in the Kobold Dailies thread. UseItemNPC.cs & UseSpell.cs (both by Kagamihiragi) is still on mine, Kagamihiragis & k2krazys SVN and respective posts. But. Alas, attached are the Custom Tags the profiles use (Place into the Plugins/OrderBotTags folder). I did state earlier that these profiles are still unfinished, and still in testing, hence the none-official release. Meaning that these profiles should be used with care. People are more than welcome to update, modify and publish them themselves, as long as you respect the original author (me). I do not expect to be back on to FFXIV for a while yet, and as such, I do apologise for not getting to this post sooner. I do wish you all the best of luck in my absence.
