[Request] Swap item before activating a shrine.

Hi!

I just came across an awsome item that spawns enemy champions when activating a shrine: Nemisis Bracers.

Unfortunately these only drop as a low level item, so it isn't something your paragon lvl 300 would want to equip 24/7.

Would it be possible to make a plugin for DB that could equip these before activating a shrine and then re-equip ones primary bracers when combat is done?.

Would be awsome!
