Is it possible to get a text whenever someone whispers you or talks around you, and you respond by texting back?

This would be an awesome feature.

I was dinking around with something similar I was going to just use for myself with PHPMailer. I figured if it ended up being viable I would share it with the community. I usually don't worry about ignoring people in game though so it hasn't been a priority. Nice to see someone taking the initiative though. If you need any help I'd be happy to oblige.
