Hello, is possible to add snapshotting IAS support with Bane of the Sticken equipped?

Here it goes :
  • As a WW barb, a few thing can boost your attack speed. Mainly it will be 2 things : Pain Enhancer while AOEing a big pack, and using Wrath of the Berserker (25% AS).
  • Bane of the Stricken applies FASTER, the higher your attack speed is. So basically, your monotarget damage is boosted when you have high AS thanks to Stricken stack.
There is a weird coding stuff that happens under certain circumstances regarding the 2 above points : snapshotting. Basically, it's about "saving" your attack speed, but ONLY regarding Stricken stacking. It happens when you use a potion (other ways to do it, but it's the easiest way with a pot) : it makes you "save" the attack speed FOR STRICKEN STACKING ONLY, until you die, zone in a new zone, or use the pot again. Mind you, the attack speed WILL GO BACK TO NORMAL. Only the stricken stacking speed will be "saved"

So, to sum up : snapshotting means using a Potion while having huge attack speed (Pain enh, WOTB, or other buffs), and when you do this the game will permanently stack Bane of the Stricken as fast as if you had the same attack speed than when you used the potion - resulting in a huge monotarget damage buff after

In practice, as a WW barb :
  • Find a big pack
  • Pop WOTB.
  • AOE all the shit on your screen to stack Pain enhancer.
  • When you manage to hit everything in the pack, immediatly pop your Potion (try to take a little damage so you actually can use it)
  • Enjoy your ridiculous Bane of the Stricken stacking speed for the boss a few seconds after the previous steps. Snapshot successful !
