Anyone can make an shadowfang keep profile for farming shadowfang since the prices on this web have been increased so much.

Can't instancebuddy just do farming runs? I am pretty sure you can set it to farming mode or something like that

Its possible for InstanceBuddy to farm instances.
And you can download lootfilter to only keep the items you request.
I am not sure if Shadowfang Keep is an option, but you can try
