Hi, I am the GM of a guild of 200 people, I use this guild mainly for gold and I would like to search for people without guild, with a level between 1-85, with a search area, then their self-sent a message to each person found with a random delay between each message 2sec at 5sec, then an invitation to join this guild a second later.

I think this type plugin could be a risk because of a number of request sent to the server.

This would indeed be a huge risk. There are WoW-addons that do this and have already resulted in bans due to invite/whisper flood. A plugin in HB would be even worse since you can't claim "sorry, I was using *this/that* addon".

my best advice don't use it with /whisper a person can right click and report you simply from game, if you just invite i will be good they can't report you directly from game for spam, i got a 3 hours ban because i whisper peoples and after i invite them. My best advice only invite peoples without whisper , or use lvl1 chars with whisper+invite and delete that char daily.
