I've been searching for some rep-profiles, but haven't found any. I'm too dumb to know how to make my own profile, so I'm hoping maybe one of you have a solution!

I'm looking for:

Shen'Dralar rep grind

The Scale of Sands rep grind (Just kill the 8 first waves of Mount Hyjal over and over)

Cataclysm championing with different tabards
