Request [pvp clu that get out from stunn/sap/fear]

Hi i have been useing both Singular and CLU in arena for a while now, and it works so good.

But there is one problem.

Whenever i gets stunned/feared/saped. It only use Racial to get out from it, and not useing (example) Lichborne if u are getting feared. Instead the CLU useing lichborne at one certain % of health.
Anyone could script it, so you can actually use it when u get feared/saped/stunned for the 2nd/3rd time? And not at based at % of health.
