Hello!

I'd like to see a plugin that uses Power Word: Shield on cooldown, as it triggers a movement speed effect!

This would indeed me nice. I tried to set the "PW:S" on 100% in Pasteur, but it does not trigger the effect.
 
Just set Singular to use PW:S at 90% health and it will be used almost all the time.
