[REQUEST] Plugin to check SVN for updates.

Would it be possible since I noticed several people switching over to SVN to have a plugin that can check the SVNs for updates and if they are present then download them.

this is KaZ's old one ... i haven't looked at it to see what it does

i think it has to do something w/ that line
