request [PLUGIN] golden fleece trinket, open gold loot

hey , i was wondering if there was any plugins out there or if someone can make this. basically golden fleece is a trinket that makes mob sometimes drop gold coins. and the situation is that the coins drop outside of loot like scarlet hall treasurers, i need to click it. my current grind bot does not pick these up. wandering if someone can put effort in this . thanks really appreciate it
