[REQUEST] Persistent Kitty plugin update

I am hoping someone will update this plugin, which basically only has one purpose, to stay in Cat Form if not mounted. Grinding running around out of Cat Form as feral=no good. I did a quick search to see if I could find the original plugin author, but nothing turned up. Thank you very much for whoever can tackle this.

Try this. I just updated the API calls it might work.
