[Request] Pass on Loot plugin?

Hi guys! ^^ I'd like to try out leveling a toon from 58-70 via BC dungeons since people have been saying that they work so well. I like to make sure that people can skin/herb the mobs when I group to be courteous, but as looting in the instance both through the Dungeonbuddy settings and the Combat Looter plugin result in some really weird behaviors (at least on my melee toons), I'd like to be able to automatically set my toon to pass on random loot drops when it joins a party.

I know absolutely nothing about programming, so I don't know what would be required to write this kind of plugin. If someone could help me out that would be awesome!
