[Request]Offline Profession buddy for development?

I was hoping for a way to use the Professionbuddy interface without attaching to a WoW?
I recently lost my developing account and I want just to use the PB interface to make profiles.

Is this at all possible?

Notepad, Wordpad, Notepad++, Microsoft Visual Studio, etc etc etc etc.
But no, you can't get the PB interface without starting HB, and you can't start HB without having a active WoW session.

Thanks, its a shame. Editting with notepad etc. is horrible compared to a nice drag/drop interface.
