[REQUEST] Mage AOE

Heya,

I am looking for a routine which first moves to a hotspot (X,Y,Z-Location) and after 1 spell will be cast.
This will be looped until 3mins. If the timer ends it starts to loot. After this the loop starts again.

How do I achieve this?
