I've found that when using a profile to grind lower level mobs, it doesn't really act like a human would. It targets 1 mob, kills it and moves to the next. This is fine for mobs of the same level, but mobs that are 15+ levels down, it is usually a 1 shot kill.
My proposal is,
- If mob_level < x then,
- In areas where there are mobs clumped together, say more than 5 within a 10 yard range, use instant cast spell (eg moonfire, corruption, etc) and tab through each mob. Possibly moving while doing this, or jumping.
- Loot all the mobs at the same time.
- Move to next bunch of mobs.
- If there are any single mobs handle them as normal.
Additionally (maybe this exists and Ive missed it somewhere),
- I've noticed that AvoidMob is not really great to have in low level grinding profiles. It makes your toon run around a little crazy.
- I'd suggest some sort of IgnoreMob idea, where your toon wont attack a certain mob unless it attacks him, but at the same time your toon wont go out of its way to avoid it.
Hope this is reasonable
Thank you!
