Request: Lost and found achievment

hey guys
I was looking all over for a profile that can farm some stuff for the achievment, i did find the mining pick one but was wondering if it can be made o farm other stuff. the idea i have was if some one can make a plugin that can loot all of them, and people can make thier own profile to move around looking for it
