[REQUEST] Let us customize rules for mobile notifications

See topic, I think it'd be awesome if we could specify rules based on which we'd get a notification on the mobile phone.

For example if I'm looking for Vile Ward, I want only a notification for when the bot finds Vile Ward and not all the other items.
