Gonna necro this by two years, it's still not around and now we have cross realm at hand, manually I can farm maybe 3-4 kills of this guy in the morning, during the day it's pretty much 1 per hour max. Would be great to have this as a bot, pop it during the night, wake up with a few pots.

This is extremely simple to make btw.

Use this profile with the Questing botbase.

The toon will be in the middle and should attack the mob within 100 yards, and I think all the spawn points are within that range.
