[REQUEST] Instance profile template!

Hello people, i want to make a brand new profile that does the following:

Enter an instance
Kill the mobs inside
Runs outside & go mail/repair when needed
resets instance
repeats

Is there any guide for this? or could somebody post a blank template describing what goes where?
