Request: import/export combat settings

Request for the ability to import and export the combat settings a player has. and/or make these settings unique to a character you've loaded. Just a quality of life request. Would make it less time consuming when switching builds and characters to not have to modify all combat settings to fit the build.

One pro would be this would allow people to share their settings just like they currently can for item lists.
