[Request] I was hoping someone could update the whispernotify plugin

I understand there are some plugins that warn you when a whisper is sent, but it's nothing that grabs your attention if you're in the next room over or something. The whispernotify app was good because I could be all the way across the house and I could hear the siren go off and I would go answer the message. Can someone who is familiar with how the programming works, or just knows how to update the plugins, update the whispernotify plugin, because it doesnt load when I put it in my plugin folder.
