What do you mean blocked from 40 or 61 on DK?
You can use Kick's questing pack with minimal errors to 85, some very few quests may require human interaction. For horde atm you can bot using Kick's 85-89, he is constantly working on improving them. Also, he is slowly making the alliance 85-90 pack, atm there is 85-86 out. I can suggest it may be better to use BGbuddy from 85-90 on an AV weekend for alliance, I did level my DK to 90 that way.

reading kick's tut's should be enough really..
i quest by hand to lvl 20, since it takes like.. no time at all..
buy the mount, and start botting (quest base) load kicks profile/s, hit start, sit back and relax
i don't get what you mean by "i was blocking with my profile on 40 or 61 on DK!"
just do the DK quests urself ;P they're easy and decent on the "fun" scale..
-ps: from 85-90 i grind with a mix of private profiles and public ones..
