This is something that Blizzard have already said will be changed, but we should probably still plan for this. When we make profiles they are going to need to be longer than 2-3 minute runs or we will reach that limit all the time. So why not just farm full quests. Instead of just the last quest in Heart of Sin why not run the entire Heart of Sin section. This will take longer yes, but you are still farming and it will pretty much avoid that whole thing. I think Blizzard are very much aware of how to cripple botting and this input stuff really is their silver bullet. If we are ever going to get to a point where DB is like HB it will have to go in the direction more like questing and less grinding one specific spot.

I guess those are just my thoughts. Anyone have any different ideas?

We are doing a version of Arelog that schedules runs. I agree with you about whole act runs.

Well, they did say that it came out not working as intended.
I think we'll have to wait for the final thing to actually plan around it, though the entire Heart of Sin is not a bad idea, as it's basically the same concept of Core: Narrow area, non forking and jam packed full of mobs. Iirc, it's always the same map layout, so that'd make it really easy to profile.

I know they disabled it for now, but did relogging work around the limit Hawker? I read here that it didn't.

obvious statement is obvious

It isn't all that obvious since people are creating grinding profiles mostly even right now. Try to be more helpful rather than condecending; especially now in the beginning like this.
