Request:How to add Convocation recast every 9-10 sec into CS routine?

As running Catacombs as Summoner,my spectres and zombies sometimes gets behind,only reason i sometimes die there (and it hurts at lvl 80+).Any way to add Convocation to CS to be cast every time its avaylable ?(it has 8 sec cd,but with lagg i think 9 sec is ideal).

Also,while my gems levels,is exiledbuddy able to click to allow it to level by itself?
