(request Help ) BIg Problem grottesque and molte explosio

hi, im a new in this forum. sorry for my bad english.
im botting with Db from vanilla patch..
i have a big problem with grottesque explosion and molte explosion; trinity setting is ok but my party ( man ) die too much time and lost a pool.
