[Request] guild battle standard

Hey can someone make a plugin thats uses the guild battle standard 5/10/15% ?
would be nice when your farming bloodsail ravenholdt and steamweedle rep.

i like this idea
with a 10minute cooldown the only problem i foresee is choosing when to place it. a hb profile is likely to start on the outskirts of an area, and if it were placed there it wouldnt work as well.

i can think of one option but i need to know, how close together and how many waypoints do you have in your profile?
