[Request] Group buffs

Hi there,

I guess this is a general request to CC coders everywhere....

There are some classes (eg Druids/Priests) that 'should' be buffing groups (not just themselves) as part of the preperation time for BGs. I believe this would only need to be part of the preperation time rather than mid-game as well. Is this something that can be taken into consideration in the future please?

the problem is, it used to be, while Waiting for the BG to start, no code was running, but i requested NeedRest, to check while its waiting, and i think they implemented it recently, not sure though, but if that is the case, ill implement when rewriting Ecliptor.
